Time and again studies have validated this deep relation between these two as a fact, but at the same time no steps have been taken to cut the roots of this disaster.

- Quit Addictions: Addictions need to be quit as soon as possible as they act as masters of our anxious mind and a slave cannot be set free till the master is alive!

- Socialise with Good Connections: Man is a ‘Social Animal’ but being social needs to execute socialisation diligently to overcome some massive drawbacks of the same. You have to be wary of your circle and always keep a check on whether it is good for your goals or not. You can try joining some club or NGO to execute this step.
- Face Your Fears, Don’t Avoid Them: A lot of the students tend to remain in bed all day when confronted by these so-called ‘Anxiety-Attacks’.
