At the outset, I would like to be clear on my two assumptions for this Blog:
- You all are done with your preparations 100%.
- You shall invent the details and I would not provide them unnecessarily to keep this blog short and crisp, keeping in mind the limited time you have.
Coming to point soon, I will summarise Your During-The-Exam Rescue Kit in 7 Points
- Read The Questions Carefully- One of the most underrated advises you will ever get!! Yes, there’s a reason why in every examination you get 15 minutes of reading time and this is a general guideline i.e. one for all. Reading not only gets you acquainted with the exam but also helps you programme your subconscious mind to recall the specific information kept in the ocean of your mind.
*DO DECIDE WHICH QUESTIONS TO ATTEMPT FIRST AND HOW TO ATTEMPT THEM DURING THIS TIME*
- Let Go- It’s never that you will know the 100% of the paper, until and unless you are using google or are one of the most hardworking persons on earth. So make it normal to *LET GO* a question that you don’t know. The more ease with which you will Let Go, the calmer you will be in the next questions.
- Don’t Panic- Panic is a constant function for students in competitive exams, but please answer for yourself *DO PANICKING MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE?*. If yes, the Do it to that level that the whole examination hall is aware of its benefits :-), and If No, You Know!!
- Drink Plenty Of Sip-Sip Water- Hydration is what keeps our Mind Relaxed and sends *ALL IS WELL* signals to our Mind!! That is why toppers are always accompanied by Water Bottles even in the Mock tests. Another thing to mention here is to drink water in small quants, otherwise you know the results!
- Rest Your Brain, Eyes, Hands- Brain, Eyes and Hands are all muscles and need to be relaxed during such marathons! Thus, Relax them and don’t stalk what others are doing in this time. A 30 second break is sufficient provided it is a quality one.
- No Interactions- “Konse Question par pohnch gya?”, “5th ka answer aata hai?”, etc.-etc. Please refrain from any interactions during the exam that directly distracts you from your purpose to Focu 100% on the exam! Your Friends will be available even after the exams but the golden chance to give a 100% attempt in the exam will not be there after hours.
- Revise but with a Bird’s Eye View – Revision is must! Don’t just overlook This Important part, But yes don’t revise like a 2nd grade Kid, You’re a would-be-CA now and thus utilise the time at your disposal efficiently. Give a Bird’s eye view to the whole of your attempt and be 100% sure about what is asked and what you answered! Also, check whether or not any question is skipped just because of your negligence!
BEST OF LUCK BACHO, ALWAYS WITH YOU
